OKURADO History
In 1969, Tsunemitsu Okura founded Atelier MAILLET D’OR as a high jewelry factory.
The factory, with outstanding technique, was passed down to Hitoshi Okura, his son, and the manufacturer brand, OKURADO, was born in 2009.
Notably, OKURADO has consisted of talented specialists from every field of the process of producing high jewelry, including designers, gemologists, and craftsmen, during its long history.
The sophisticated sensibility and techniques passed down amongst our excellent specialists, over more than 50 years, have been key to creating OKURADO’s high-end jewelry that never fades in brilliancy.
