<payment method>
We accept bank transfers or credit cards.
If the order is delivered at OKURADO salon in Ginza, you may make payment there.
One payment method should be selected for each order.

<Bank Transfer>
Please transfer the money to the designated account within 7 days after receiving the order.
All bank charges must be paid by the customer. We thank you for your kind understanding.

<Credit Cards>
We accept Mastercard®,VISA®,JCB®,AMERICAN EXPRESS®,Diners Club®
However, we only accept 3D secure credit cards of the above-mentioned brand credit cards. (3D secure credit cards require an additional 3D secure authentication.)
You can also use a revolving payment or payment installations. The payment can be divided into 3, 5, 6, 10, 12, 15, 18, 20, and 24 installments.
Payment schedule and the number of installments is subject to the contract between the customer and the credit card company.

<Feature Phones>
Feature phones cannot be used for credit card payments.

Items are limited to stock.
All the listed items on this website are also sold in the store.
When an item has double orders, the order at the store will be prioritized.
When an item is not in inventory, it will be made-to-order.
All rings are to be made-to-order. It will take approximately two months to complete the order.
(One-of-a-kind rings will be prepared by adjusting the size of the ring in stock instead of being made to order.)
Inventory status and order status including made-to-order information will be sent via email from an OKURADO representative after an automatic confirmation email.

Returns and exchanges are not accepted.
However, in case of defective or damaged items, we accept returns or replacements of the items.
Please contact us within seven days after the delivery. Returns and replacements cannot be made past the seven days.
Returns, replacements and cancellations cannot be made in case the customer is responsible for defacements, damages, or other conditions.
No returns, replacements and cancellations will be made based on the personal preferences of the customer.

For delivery, it takes approximately two weeks for the items in stock and two months for the items that are made-to-order.
All items in stock will be newly finished and the made-to-order items will be manufactured before the delivery.
Please note that the time it takes for delivery is subject to change based on the timing of the orders or the atelier’s schedule and may take longer to fulfill.
The estimated delivery date will be sent in an email from an OKURADO representative after the order.
If you accept the terms and conditions, please make payment. Upon payment confirmation, we will refinish and produce the item.
Upon completion of the item, we will contact you to arrange the delivery.
We will ship the item within seven business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays, after we receive shipping instructions from the customer.
YAMATO Transport Co., LTD. is our courier.
You may also choose to receive the item at OKURADO salon in instead.

The weight of natural gemstones vary even if they are of the same size and type, so each jewelry piece of the same design may have a difference in weight.
Therefore, please be aware that the carat weight of the delivered jewelry may be slightly different from the carat weight listed on the website.
