Thank You for Visiting OKURADO Summer Jewelry Fair

On Saturday, July 12, we held the OKURADO Summer Jewelry Fair at the Shiseido Salon on the 8th floor, Tokyo Ginza Shiseido Building.
We were delighted to have many visitors, and the fair was a great success.　
We sincerely thank everyone who took the time to visit us despite the heat.
This time, we also held a workshop with the scarf brand VINITIQUE. During the workshop, we discussed how to coordinate scarves with jewelry, making it a day where customers could truly enjoy styling themselves.

The venue, Ginza Shiseido Salon, features tables where you can sit and view the products, as well as counters and sofas, creating a relaxed atmosphere where you can spend your time at your leisure.

Twice a year, in July and November, Jewelry Concierge OKURA hosts a fair where all OKURADO products are displayed, and craftsmen from the workshop participate to talk directly with customers, making it a special occasion. For me personally, it is a very educational event. 

Those who attend the fair include not only those who come to see OKURADO ‘s new jewelry, but also those who come to consult about remodeling their own jewelry, those who come to pick up their custom-made jewelry, and those who come to talk with the artisans about the production process.　The fair is a place where we share our values of beauty with customers through various aspects related to jewelry (including the beauty of attire, as the scarf brand VINITIQUE also participated this time). 

Many people also come wearing jewelry they previously purchased from OKURADO, and if wearing it makes them feel richer than in their daily lives, that is truly the greatest joy for me. 

Personally, I feel that the fair is a valuable opportunity to gain knowledge for my next design creations, as I can learn a lot from customers’ casual fashion sense, how they wear jewelry, and their jewelry consultations, which are separate from my usual design and production work.

The next event will be held on Wednesday, November 26, at the Imperial Hotel, as usual. 

We will continue to work hard on new designs and production in preparation for the event, imagining the happy faces of our customers.
